Robert E. Lee High School's Reading Department has a daunting yet achievable goal. We are dedicated not only to students' improvement scholastically, but also to instilling a lifelong love of reading. Developing a strong foundation in literacy is essential to success in school and in the real world. This year we will be focused on broadening background knowledge, building vocabulary, and increasing comprehension so that our students may have as many doors to the future open to them as possible.
